MERCHANDISE

Having given up on even the most remote possibility of getting a major record deal for a "progressive rock" or "fusion" project, like many others, with the advent of technology here at our finger tips, I've taken the initiative to continue making and playing the music that I love to compose and listen to (no matter the size of the audience), and put it out there via the 'net' for those of you who might be interested...

Aside from einstein won & einstein too, I have numerous projects in the works and information will be made available as each project gets underway. First on the fire is a two volume collection of works from various artists that I've played with over the past twenty or so years. Mainly, a variety of tracks that are dear to me in one way or another and have not had the chance to see the light of day. Included will be tracks from my first time in the studio with Paul Julian (1980) and Sabrina Tane (1981), live recordings from my frist tour with ITMB (1981), unreleased GTR (1985), the "Put Up Or Shut Up" sessions (1988), an einstein or two that didn't make the cd's, a few solos from here and there, as well as few others never before heard...

The two cd's are as of yet un-named... any ideas or suggestions are more than welcome!

These musical ventures will be available in stores and/or online at www.sonsofsound.com

DRUM(S) KITS

It's time to clean house (and the studio)... Plain and simply, i have accumulated a few extra kits / bits & pieces of gear and it's time to consider letting them go. The following is a list of equipment that is available. Feel free to e mail if interested in anything listed below.

GRETSCH

This is the early 80's 'strawberry pink' wood stained maple kit that was made for me to use with GTR. It's the kit that i recorded their debut with, it's in the videos and did the world tour. It's in mint condition, and is outfitted with the May EA internal mic system, which is optional. The kit includes the following drums, along with all related hardware.

2) 16" X 22" Kicks, 1 ea) 8" X 6", 8" X 8", 9" X 10", 10" X 12", 11" X 13", 12" X 14" toms, 1 ea) 14" X 14", 16" X 16", 16" X 18" floor toms, 1) 14" X 20" gong tom.

TAMA

This is the smaller studio kit used at Skyline Studios NYC. It's an '89 Artstar II maple with the amber butterscotch stain, in great condition. Many pro drummers have used this kit at the studio, including Omar Hakim, Anton Fig, Shawn Pelton, Dave Mattacks and others. As for myself, the kit was used with Aretha Franklin, Fuel, Oleander, einstein won and more. The kit includes the following drums, along with all related hardware.

1) 14" X 22" kick, 1 ea) 9" X 10", 10" X 12", 10" X 13" toms, 1) 14" X 14" floor tom.

TAMA

The Monster!!!

In a custom silver titanium lacquer from Porsche, this is one of the finest and most beautiful kits i've ever had, not only visually, but aurally as well. They look and sound unbelievable. It's a one of a kind custom made Starclassic maple, and has an amazing custom rack system available as well. The kit includes the following drums...

2) 16" X 24" kicks, 1 ea) 6" X 6", 7" X 8", 8" X 10", 9" X 10", 10" X 12", 11" X 14" toms, 16" X 16", 16" X 18" floor toms, 14" X 20" gong tom.

Photos of all three kits can be seen throughout the gallery pages. E mail with any particular questions, all reasonable offers will be considered...

more to come...
